With a Master of Business Administration in International Business & Marketing and extensive experience across India, leading to an accurate understanding of the customer’s requirements.
With his sharp eye for numbers and analytics, he sets the bar high for his team while keeping them motivated, balancing his work with a passion for cricket.

Kapil Bharti leads Product and Material Innovation at Alsorg, overseeing the design and execution of our exquisite range of interiors. With over a decade of experience, he ensures precision and is uncompromised. He has a sharp eye for details with which he renders visual ideas to reality.
Kapil’s hands-on approach on the field as well as off it, includes his passion for playing cricket and focusing on fitness.
Sajal Lamba
Co-Founder & Director
Sajal Lamba is the powerhouse of all the infrastructure management at Alsorg, overseeing the setup of state-of-the-art infrastructure and world-class machinery. He also manages back-end operations and supervises the appointment of highly trained and experienced human power that forms the most integral part of the brand’s ecosystem.
A perfectionist at heart, he holds a Master in Business Administration in International Business with decades of experience in the furniture industry. His passion for work extends to travel and exploration.
Sudhir Verma

Sudhir Verma leads Finance, Purchasing and Logistics at Alsorg, ensuring timely delivery. He streamlines business administration and optimizes processes for efficiency.
Sudhir has also established sourcing and procurement for all the material requirements to manufacture our stimulating designs with unprecedented material innovation. With a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and extensive industry experience, his love for logistics and numbers is reflected to his fondness for cricket and reading.
